Who knows a good tricep workout that will give me size and cuts?


Answer:
Hold dumbbells above your head. Then move your arm down (backwards), and up again. Hard to explain but hopefully you get the picture.

Pulling heavy things down also helps. There are a lot of exercises at the gym designed for triceps if you want to do that. And push ups never hurt.
Punch the air in the same spot as fast as you can for 3 min straight rest 1 min repeat 2 weeks you'll notice cuts.
