Why can't i get a six pack?

Hello. I am in the ages of 16-18.
I weigh 126.
I do ab excercies couple times a week.

But why is this happening to me?
My left side looks good. You can see the visible lines showing 3 packs.

But on my right side, it only shows 2. It's visible line cuts right in the middle.

so i have 5 packs? What the hell?

So what am i doing wrong?

Genetics plays a huge part.

You didn't mention what your body fat percentage is. Men store excess body fat in their waist and abdomen. If your BF is in single digits (under 9) and your abs still don't look like raviolis, go thank your mom and dad.

Also, using weights on your ab exercise can create unnecessary bulk around your waist and obliques. To get your abs to pop out more, try doing zero weights/high reps.

I work out my abs twice a week, right after I doing cardio. I do 2 exercises with 3 sets of 50 reps, with 30 seconds of rest in between sets, and 1 minute before doing the next exercise. I vary my exercises so that my abs get shocked and doesn't get used to a particular exercise.

During the colder months, my BF is around 11-12%, which is already low. In warmer months, I get down to 8-9% because I do a lot more sports/activities. Although my abs are visible when I'm at 12%, they pop even more and the ridges are deeper when I'm at 8%.

we all are just not symmetric enough. it might b the eye, hand, or leg. nothing to worry about. all these guys in the mags are doing this all day long for 20 yrs, and if u look close u can still see some discrepancy. just try exercising ur right side more than ur left, it might correct it
Your abs are dictated by genetics. Sometimes people will have staggered abs showing only 2 "portions" to the left or right. The "missing" portion is present though is sometimes only visable with a low bodyfat percentage.

  1. I'm the same way, on my upper abs, they don't grow in a str8 line, honestly though, it looks better when u have worked out a lot an can see all your abdomen muscles. An try dancing, cause constant hip movement will take effect fast for fat loss an muscle growth.
