I have noticed lately that whenever I drive for an extended period of time I begin to feel somewhat sharp pain in my left nut. I'm 16 and a virgin and I'm beginning to get worried about what is wrong... can anyone tell me?

groin pain can also occur from a pinched sciatic nerve in your back/butt/leg. Other things to consider is a hernia. You should get a simple ultrasound to rule out infection, inflamation of the blood vessels and cancer.
maybe you're holding your legs weird and crushing your own balls...try sitting differently and see if that helps...
see a doc
you may want to try looser pants and underwear, like boxers, or boxer briefs to let the boys have bit more room to move around. If the pain is not resolved within a few weeks. got to a doctor and have him check you out- to be safe and thorough.
But my brother had that problem and he was wearing very restictive blue jeans and tight bikini briefs... why I know this, I don't know, but he has only sisters ... but give it a try and sit with your legs apart. Good Luck
