well, simply, penis cannot be enlarged, except with a surgery that not often works, and that can give u not more that 1 or 2 cm, and it can als couse u permanent disfuncions...
so, take ur penis like nature gave u, except u don't have serius medical disfuncions, that can an dhave to, of course, be cured!
now, people that send u those emails surely hope u buy their useless stuff, so they get ur money... never reply to those kind of mails... THEY JUST WANT UR MONEY! IT'S SPAM!
Mark it as junk! Those emails are annoying, but I don't really get them in my inbox anymore.
